If we are going to save this Nation, there is only one way, PRAYER!
2nd Chronicles 7:14 says, “If my people which are called by my name humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” God always keeps His promises; we can truly save this nation if we gather millions of men together to pray for this nation.
America is in a desperate situation. The fact is we are losing this country, its time to rise up and face the truth of what is really happening to this nation. We Christian men need to cry out to God in prayer before it is too late! God promises to answer the prayers of the righteous. Prayer is truly “Americas Last Option”!
In the book of Judges, is says it took eighteen years for Israel to get to the point of sincere desperation with God, eighteen years before they realized that the only way out of their crisis was through God, eighteen years before they finally conceded that they needed the very God they had turned away from. Sound a little like America?
As you read through the book of Judges, the word implies that God began to move on Israel's behalf as SOON as they cried out to Him in prayer. He was willing to heal their land, but was waiting on them to get to that point of saying, "Help us, Lord!" The eighteen years could have been eighteen months, or eighteen days . . . if only they had cried out sooner.
First of all this shows us that PRAYER MATTERS and does make a difference. Some believe that since God is in control, He will work His will, with or without our prayers. But that's not what the word says, and it's not the way God has set things up. He is in control, but He also wants us to call out to Him in prayer.
Second, this shows us that we cannot afford to delay our prayers. America is in a major crisis and God is just waiting to work on it, but He's waiting for us to cry out in prayer. If we delay our prayers for this nation, we're only prolonging our problems.
We CAN turn this country around. We CAN return to ‘One Nation Under God” But it’s going to take all of us together as a team, as an army of prayer warriors with an unwavering commitment to storm the gates of heaven in prayer. God promises to answer the prayers of the righteous.
